Product Design Lead (Remote within Spain)

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in leading digital mobile product design projects.
• Solid knowledge of interaction design, typography, color, and page layout.
• Strong understanding of UI design for mobile and good knowledge of User Experience Design.
• Experience with Figma, Jira, Trello, or similar tools.
• Advanced level in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with monetization teams and departments like Product, ASO, Product Design, and UX.
• Manage multiple projects and attend meetings to understand business objectives.
• Ensure consistency and quality in UI design by adhering to the design system.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners and other design leads.
• Provide weekly project status updates and feedback on mobile UI designs.
• Maintain communication with subcontractors and adapt to changing priorities.
