Requirements:

• 6+ years experience in UXR-related fields with the ability to scope work strategically.
• 3+ years of strategic leadership experience in business development or portfolio management.
• 3+ years working with government agencies or regulated industries, managing various stakeholder levels.
• 3+ years project management experience able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proactive leadership style in navigating unclear requests and clarifying goals.

Responsibilities:

• Field initial conversations with government partners to evaluate UXR requests and fit for USDR.
• Write a realistic scope of work for UXR projects based on partner discussions.
• Identify necessary roles and staff volunteers for projects, ensuring effective collaboration.
• Manage project kickoffs and maintain communication, checking on project progress and risks.
• Conduct retros at project completion to identify themes and opportunities for improvement.
