User Experience (UX) Designer

Requirements:

• Must have 4+ years UX design experience working with complex web application development.
• Superior interpersonal and strong communication skills are required.
• Solid familiarity and experience in Agile Methodology and Scrum ceremonies.
• Experience with standard wireframing and UX tools, including Figma.
• Good grasp of user-centered design, user research, usability testing, and accessibility concerns.
• Deep experience in designing for users with disabilities following Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 standards.
• Ability to communicate design processes and be open to feedback.

Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for web applications.
• Translate concepts into wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices supporting responsive web design.
• Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate visual designs.
• Work as part of an integrated and collaborative Agile development team and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.
