⏳ Experience: At least 3 years

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years experience in a similar client-facing role, preferably in a Managed Services environment.
  • Ability to build and manage Microsoft Server environments, including Windows Server 2012 – 2019, Exchange Server, and Remote Desktop deployments.
  • Advanced understanding of Active Directory.
  • Proven knowledge of the 365 Suite, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
  • Solid understanding of Networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and SSL Certificates.
  • Experience in supporting and maintaining backup solutions such as Veeam is preferable.
  • Experience in virtualisation technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS.
  • Experience with VOIP solutions (Teams / 3CX).
  • Hands-on configuration and troubleshooting of hardware like servers and shared storage devices.
  • PowerShell scripting experience.
  • Administrative experience in Linux is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
  • Build, manage, and troubleshoot client applications and infrastructure including Virtual Machines, Virtualisation Platforms, and Shared Storage.
  • Lead and manage IT infrastructure projects from planning through execution.
  • Ensure solutions meet client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to meet project milestones.
  • Perform maintenance and optimisation of client IT systems for reliability.
  • Develop technical strategies and build automation where possible.
  • Ensure documentation and procedures are current.
