Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical or related engineering discipline required.
• Minimum 5+ years work experience in quality, manufacturing, or engineering.
• Knowledge of statistical methods/analysis.
• Experience in designing production equivalent rapid prototypes.
• Focus on prevention, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead projects to develop specifications and manufacturing control limits.
• Define manufacturable product design specifications and visual standards.
• Conduct testing using existing and novel methods to recommend improvements.
• Provide guidance in the development and validation of product improvements and new product lines.
• Develop and implement systems to ensure quality monitoring and maintenance.
