  • Exceptional communication skills; able to synthesize complex information, present clearly, and tailor messaging to diverse audiences—from creators and sales teams to brand partners and executives
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and ad tech platforms; detail-oriented and eager to learn new software quickly
  • High degree of adaptability; thrives in a fast-paced, iterative environment and proactively seeks new opportunities for growth
  • Comfortable enforcing program guidelines, addressing compliance issues, and escalating concerns effectively to protect brand integrity and ensure alignment with platform policies
