Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and scaled frameworks like SAFe or LeSS.
• Exceptional coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills to influence teams and leadership.
• Ability to foster a collaborative culture while respecting diverse perspectives.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• 8+ years of experience in Agile roles, with hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Proven success in leading Agile transformations in mid-size to large organizations.
• Track record of scaling Agile practices across multiple teams.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Miro.
• Essential certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I) or equivalent.
• Highly desirable advanced Agile certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile adoption across teams and departments, promoting a culture of transparency and adaptability.
• Work closely with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and teams to enhance Agile practices and deliver value.
• Collaborate with leadership to promote servant leadership principles and align strategies with Agile values.
• Guide teams through retrospectives and workshops to identify improvement opportunities.
• Customize and apply Agile frameworks to fit the organization’s needs.
• Address impediments to foster an environment that enables team success.
• Establish metrics to track Agile maturity and team performance.
• Build and nurture Communities of Practice for shared learning and innovation.
