Requirements:

- Support the team in managing key accounts.
- Organize recruitment and strengthen relationships with current partners while conducting negotiations.
- Develop team members from hiring to training to elevate their performance.
- Participate in the marketing plan's development and implementation.
- Conduct market research, reporting, analysis, and forecasting using analytic tools.
