Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in leadership of sales and account managers.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Spanish travel market, particularly in API integrations.
  • Proven experience negotiating and closing technology-driven sales deals.
  • Mandatory competence in API technology deals.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Expand and consolidate presence in the Iberia region.
  • Lead the team to achieve the division's planned revenue results.
  • Monitor and analyze the team's KPI results.
  • Acquire key partners such as tour operators, TMCs, and wholesalers, primarily through the API channel.
  • Support the team in managing key accounts.
  • Organize recruitment and strengthen relationships with current partners while conducting negotiations.
  • Develop team members from hiring to training to elevate their performance.
  • Participate in the marketing plan's development and implementation.
  • Conduct market research, reporting, analysis, and forecasting using analytic tools.
