Requirements:
  • 5+ years of demand generation, paid media, paid search experience, preferably in a high-growth SaaS company or agency, with global market experience.
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Google AdWords, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, 6sense, and other core platforms.
  • Solid understanding of best practices for driving direct response through paid digital marketing.
  • Experience with CRM, databases & email automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense).
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including sales, SDR, and customer success.
  • Highly strategic, entrepreneurial, and data-driven with a growth mindset.
  • Self-starter, excels at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage paid and performance media campaigns across North America and priority international markets on digital channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, paid search (Google/Bing), 6sense, YouTube, and more.
  • Drive pipeline and customer growth by implementing best practices for acquiring new customers.
  • Draft and edit copy for ads, social media, website, and landing pages aligned with Drata’s value propositions.
  • Oversee external agency management to achieve pipeline and efficiency goals.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new growth channels and manage implementation plans.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations for reporting and analytics.
  • Conduct testing and experimentation with various paid channels and buyer journeys.
  • Manage the annual paid digital marketing budget for optimal performance.
  • Build account-based campaigns targeting the right personas and industries.
  • Execute and contribute to the development of marketing strategies and plans.
