Requirements:

• 3-5 years of account management experience, preferably in SaaS or software.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Experience in the pet care industry preferred.
• Proficient in CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
• Experience with project management tools like Asana, Monday.com, and Jira.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and insights.
• Familiarity with APIs and SaaS platforms.
• Experience with Zendesk, PowerBi, and other reporting tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Develop deep, trust-based relationships with customers for long-term satisfaction.
• Consult on best practices and align offerings with customer business goals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for business reviews and financial assessments.
• Lead renewal processes, ensuring alignment with financial commitments.
• Advocate for customer-driven product enhancements and maintain accurate records of interactions.
