Requirements:

• Advanced proficiency in HubSpot hubs, including custom objects, workflows, reporting, and integrations.
• Experience using HubSpot's API to manage custom integrations.
• Proficient in JavaScript or Python with experience creating Custom Code Actions.
• Data literate with strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey technical concepts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain the HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub and integrations with other systems.
• Ensure data integrity by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving data issues.
• Manage custom fields, workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation processes.
• Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows to drive operational efficiencies.
• Develop and maintain custom dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
• Provide ongoing support and training for internal teams.
