Requirements:

• Masters or higher degree (PhD or Healthcare certification) in a Science discipline.
• Fundamental understanding of molecular oncology, NGS, CDx, and diagnostic algorithms.
• Extensive knowledge of phase I-IV oncology drug development programs.
• Public speaking skills and ability to effectively communicate scientific topics.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and inter-departmental management skills.
• Strong business acumen with operational strategy management skills.
• Self-starter with ownership mindset and ability to meet tight timelines.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify opportunities for pharma customer engagements related to CDx and diagnostic testing needs.
• Collaborate with the Life Sciences Commercial Team to incorporate Tempus’ offerings into pharmaceutical drug trials.
• Partner with data and trial matching teams to present Tempus' value proposition to customers.
• Build tailored proposals covering Tempus solutions for life sciences partners.
• Network with key pharmaceutical professionals involved in oncology.
• Accountable for business performance metrics and collaborate with Alliance Management and Operations.
• Track progress against strategic objectives and provide feedback to leadership.
