Requirements:

• 7-10+ years of product management experience in software, clinical healthcare, or medical device industries.
• Experience driving SaaS product development and clinical-facing software products.
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and treatment planning processes in orthodontics or other medical domains.
• Experience working in regulated industries, such as healthcare or medical devices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategy, development, and continuous evolution of the treatment planning platform.
• Drive new features and initiatives from discovery to launch, including all phases of the product lifecycle.
• Work with orthodontists and clinical teams to define product priorities.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and commercial teams for seamless interaction across clinical workflows.
