Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in business development or enterprise sales, with a focus on the Indian market.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and achieving business development goals in a B2B environment, particularly within the GCC sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of the business development strategy for India, with a special focus on Global Capability Centres (GCCs), ensuring alignment with global objectives established by the SVP, Head of B2B Growth & Development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and sales, to adapt global go-to-market strategies specifically for the Indian GCC market.
  • Provide leadership-level insights into market opportunities, competitive analysis, and product enhancements to position the organization competitively in the Indian market, particularly within the GCC landscape.
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams, focusing on GCCs in India, to meet and exceed regional sales targets and contribute to the company’s global revenue goal.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with GCCs to integrate product offerings in areas such as AI, product management, and automation.
  • Manage enterprise relationships, providing senior-level support to close deals and ensure a strong market presence in India.
  • Support the global team in refining the pricing model and ensuring product-market fit for India, with a focus on GCC-related offerings.
  • Work closely with the SVP, Head of B2B Growth & Development, and the sales operations team to streamline business processes and optimize the efficiency of the sales pipeline in India.
  • Implement a robust feedback loop, particularly from GCC partners, to provide valuable insights for product development and innovation.
  • Compile and present bi-weekly forecasts and pipeline updates, providing detailed insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for business development efforts, ensuring performance goals are met or exceeded.
