• Relevant experience as a Product Marketing Manager or Product Manager with web3 projects.
• Deep understanding of managing crypto-focussed accounts on social media.
• Passion for blockchain technologies and experience using on-chain applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience creating engaging user-centric content.
• Flexible and reliable team member with ownership skills.
• Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or Economics, or relevant experience.
• Experience at a high-growth technology startup/web3 infrastructure is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development and execution of Gelato’s product marketing strategy.
• Build, organize, and execute product launches and initiatives.
• Ensure successful messaging for website updates and social media campaigns.
• Craft compelling product positioning and messaging for different audience segments.
• Create market and competitive analysis, client case studies, and product positioning.
• Work closely with strategic clients across their development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with infrastructure providers to create joint go-to-market content.
• Translate technical features into user benefits.
• Measure and report against the performance of product marketing initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
