• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills for contract review.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce and Conga, proficiency in CRM and CLM.
• Mastery of document editing in Word and Google Docs.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for standard calculations.
• Ability to influence and inspire others.
• Experience in both customer-facing and back-end roles.
• Ability to meet service-level agreement requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in a Deal Desk within a SaaS company, with Sales Operations preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain the new business contract process including making updates and providing training for the team.
• Negotiate existing agreements with current customers as needed.
• Proactively solve problems related to new business operations.
• Prepare and review order forms, agreements, and nondisclosure agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales teams for contract negotiations and internal/external exceptions.
• Align with stakeholders to address contract-related questions effectively.
• Enhance the contract process and related automations.
• Audit contractual information in CRM and CLM systems.
• Manage a team of Deal Desk Analysts.
• Handle project management and ad hoc tasks.
