Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven passion for social media trends and influencer marketing (internship or previous experience preferred).
• Proficiency in CapCut Pro and/or alternate video editing tools, proficiency in other editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools is a bonus.
• Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop fresh, innovative content ideas tailored to influencer partnerships and campaign goals.
• Create and collaborate on idea/outline/full script for influencer content maintaining brand messaging and authenticity.
• Provide constructive feedback to talent and assist in editing video footage aligning with brand and campaign goals.
• Ensure all content is optimized for various social platforms to drive engagement and virality.
• Review and approve influencer content for compliance with concepts, scripts, brand guidelines, and campaign objectives.
• Work closely with the Influencer Marketing team for seamless execution and communication of campaign content notes.
• Stay updated with social media trends and viral content strategies to enhance campaign performance.
