Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role directly supporting sales, either in a direct selling role or sales operations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills: articulate, straightforward, thoughtful, and consistent.
• Strong attention to detail with analytical skills.
• Passion for using technology to solve problems.
• Ability to build relationships with team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and effective time management.
• Ability to multitask across multiple ongoing projects.
• Teamwork-oriented, thrives in collaborative environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Experience using Salesforce/Financial Force for data tracking.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Sales and Pre Sales Teams to create and track new opportunities with clients and prospects.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks with changing priorities while maintaining urgency and positivity.
• Support Go To Market individuals with reporting needs as directed by the Sales Operations Manager.
• Administer and support Salesforce and other partner tools like Microsoft Partner Center, ZoomInfo, and Hubspot.
• Implement processes and automation to enhance operational efficiency.
