Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience building and deploying real-time AI applications.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with AI agent frameworks like LangChain.
• Experience with WebRTC and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• Experience with natural language processing or reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for CI/CD and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain AI-driven real-time speech-to-speech agents by collaborating with product, design, and research teams.
• Ship low-latency, high-impact features that enhance user experience.
• Drive improvements to AI infrastructure, optimizing LLMs, ASR, and TTS pipelines.
• Execute major projects from concept to production, delivering impactful features with measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to deliver AI-driven solutions.
• Preprocess and analyze datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Implement and optimize algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Monitor and maintain AI models in production for accuracy.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI technologies.
• Conduct research on new AI techniques.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging.
