Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or HR roles, especially in fast-paced startup environments.
• Proven experience in using creative sourcing techniques.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a changing environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for various roles including job postings, sourcing, and offer negotiation.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Source and engage passive candidates for long-term pipelines.
• Coordinate and manage candidate experience aligned with company values.
• Support employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies.
• Manage HR programs related to employee engagement and career development.
• Provide onboarding support for new hires and maintain HR systems.
