Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience utilizing Zabbix to monitor enterprise infrastructures.
• 1-3 years of scripting experience with Bash or Python.
• Deep understanding of Zabbix architecture and key features.
• Proficiency with Linux (Ubuntu) and strong knowledge of networking concepts.
• Experience with database management systems like MySQL.
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms and containerization.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex monitoring issues.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and manage Zabbix servers and agents.
• Develop and maintain monitoring templates for IT components.
• Design and create role-based dashboards.
• Define alert thresholds and configure diverse alerting mechanisms.
• Analyze monitoring data for trends and capacity bottlenecks.
• Diagnose and resolve data collection and communication issues.
• Implement security best practices and maintain documentation.
• Forecast resource utilization for scalability.
• Conduct training sessions and collaborate on observability initiatives.
