- 3+ years of experience in New Client Acquisition, Business Development, or B2B sales, ideally within IT Services or Staffing/Consulting industries.
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in German, Dutch, Polish, or a Nordic language.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales platforms.
- Familiarity with business practices and cultural nuances in the mentioned regions.
- Self-driven and able to operate autonomously.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% within the aforementioned regions.
- Must be authorized to work in the EU without sponsorship.
- Identify and qualify potential clients across Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, and the Nordic regions through various outreach channels.
- Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients to present solutions tailored to their unique needs.
- Develop a thorough understanding of services and articulate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Create and deliver impactful presentations that showcase solutions and their benefits.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process.
- Work with internal teams to close deals, including creating proposals, negotiating terms, and handling client inquiries.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using a CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
