Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in New Client Acquisition, Business Development, or B2B sales, ideally within IT Services or Staffing/Consulting industries.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in German, Dutch, Polish, or a Nordic language.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and qualify potential clients across Germany, Poland, the Netherlands, and the Nordic regions through various outreach channels.
  • Initiate meaningful conversations with potential clients to present solutions tailored to their unique needs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of services and articulate their value propositions to potential clients.
  • Create and deliver impactful presentations that showcase solutions and their benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service throughout the sales process.
  • Work with internal teams to close deals, including creating proposals, negotiating terms, and handling client inquiries.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using a CRM system.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
