Requirements:

At least 5 years of progressively advancing accounting experience.
4-year college degree majoring in Accounting.

Responsibilities:

Assist in invoicing process for clients and subsidiaries.
Prepare cash forecasts.
Post and review intercompany invoices for accuracy.
Review payroll entries and assist in month-end close procedures.
Create Job Costing/Gross Profit Reconciliation reports.
Perform analysis of Accounts Payable and Receivable Aging.
Interact with sales reps and vendors for operational support.
