- 15+ years of sales leadership experience in life sciences or related industries.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue both individually and as a team lead.
- Experience in client-facing roles delivering SaaS products, analytics, or consulting services.
- Experience managing five or more direct reports and motivating other managers.
- Deep understanding of the life sciences ecosystem and key trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills to build and lead high-performing teams.
