Requirements:
  • 15+ years of sales leadership experience in life sciences or related fields.
  • Track record of achieving revenue targets both individually and as a team lead.

  • Deliver sales playbooks and training to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Maintain quarterly and annual sales forecasts for Executive Management.
  • Remove roadblocks and coordinate resources across departments.
  • Build trustful relationships with key clients.
  • Support the sales team in pursuing opportunities.
