Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or customer success in life sciences, healthcare, and/or technology/SaaS.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other lead generation tools is a HUGE plus.
  • BS or BA or equivalent experience.
  • Intellectual curiosity and proactiveness to learn about client business and issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of communications between established Enterprise clients and internal team members.
  • Identify and execute on new growth opportunities with clients, managing against revenue targets.
  • Enable successful and consistent renewals, showing continued value for Enterprise clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on latest developments in client’s portfolio and business challenges/opportunities.
  • Support Enterprise sales team with business development efforts for prospective clients.
  • Collaborate closely with implementation and operations team for timely client onboarding.
  • Work with product teams to translate client feedback into product insights.
  • Ensure team is prepared for every client interaction and seek ways to advance relationships.
