Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or customer success in life sciences, healthcare, and/or technology/SaaS.
- Experience with Salesforce or other lead generation tools is a HUGE plus.
- BS or BA or equivalent experience.
- Intellectual curiosity and proactiveness to learn about client business and issues.
- Highly collaborative and able to influence others.
- Strong organizational skills and decision-making capabilities.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable reporting data and performance metrics.
- Dynamic working persona with a sense of humor.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of communications between established Enterprise clients and internal team members.
- Identify and execute on new growth opportunities with clients, managing against revenue targets.
- Enable successful and consistent renewals, showing continued value for Enterprise clients.
- Stay up-to-date on latest developments in client’s portfolio and business challenges/opportunities.
- Support Enterprise sales team with business development efforts for prospective clients.
- Collaborate closely with implementation and operations team for timely client onboarding.
- Work with product teams to translate client feedback into product insights.
- Ensure team is prepared for every client interaction and seek ways to advance relationships.
