Requirements:
- 4+ years IT experience (MSP, Corporate IT, Consulting).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Azure.
- Experience with Ticketing Systems (ConnectWise, ServiceNow).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients (US) via phone/email/ticketing system.
- Strive for first call resolution by efficiently addressing client issues according to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Troubleshoot issues with Windows, Microsoft Cloud, Office Apps, and Networks.
- Work collaboratively with Senior Engineers and manage multiple projects.
