Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent education and work experience; Master's preferred.
• At least 8 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of various asset types and finance structures.
• Strong understanding of secondary market performance for multiple asset classes.
• Solid understanding of valuation methodologies for asset classes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of financial modeling.
• Knowledge of superTRUMP and T-Value pricing calculators preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Advise and document values of current and potential financed assets through market research.
• Work with Credit and Sales to price financial products such as leases and loans.
• Provide FMV purchase and lease renewal options to Sales and customers, analyzing economic impacts.
• Assist with remarketing off-lease equipment via dealers, brokers, and end-users.
