Requirements:

• At least 4-5 years of related sourcing experience.
• Skilled negotiator.
• Experience working with ERP solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to problem-solve and work effectively under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for strategic sourcing initiatives on categories including primary and secondary packaging.
• Manage sourcing to identify best suppliers and implement effective strategies.
• Execute RFPs and process vendor scorecards.
• Assist in onboarding new vendors and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet sourcing deadlines and objectives.
• Investigate alternative supply sources and assess supplier capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory, and ISO guidelines.
