Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4-5+ years experience in project management.
• Understanding of timeline dependencies related to supply chain deliverables.
• Creative thinker with proactive problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects.
• Sense of urgency in task management.
• Collaborative mindset for effective cross-functional interaction.
• Excellent communication skills with decision-making influence.
• Experience in CPG, specifically beauty, is required.

Responsibilities:

• Drive on-time hand-offs with Operations stakeholders for merchandise, seasonal kit and sample project briefs.
• Partner with Project Manager to ensure accurate timelines are represented on project plan.
• Oversee purchasing and production lead time discussions with Procurement team.
• Initiate Supplier RFQs with Sourcing Manager to meet purchasing deadlines.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to maintain Development and Creative milestones.
• Attend weekly NPD meetings to report business-critical updates.
• Lead seasonal kit and sampling project discussions in cross-functional meetings.
• Confirm bill of materials and request SKU & item creation.
• Transition responsibilities for replenishment orders with Sourcing and Procurement teams.
• Support Senior Manager in various NPD launches.
