• 2+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading a cross-functional team.
• Demonstrated expertise with agile methodologies.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven ability to design scalable system architectures.
• Track record of coaching and mentoring engineers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities:
