Requirements:

• 3 years of benefit consulting experience leading a book of business, or 5 years of benefit account management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Life & Health Producer’s License.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership for the success and retention of an assigned book of business.
• Lead the execution of Bennie's consulting model for customers, ensuring high-quality services and satisfaction.
• Develop annual account plans for assigned customers.
• Collaborate with consulting delivery team on strategic initiatives.
• Support senior consultants in driving team development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and educate customers.
• Identify business development opportunities with cross-functional teams.
