Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• 1-2 years of experience working in the benefits consulting or healthcare industry.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the customer delivery team to create customer deliverables, including benefit guides, open enrollment presentations, and reporting.
• Support request for proposal processes, involving data gathering and plan comparisons.
• Serve as project manager for insurance carrier implementation for assigned customers.
• Execute onboarding tasks for new customers and perform quality assurance efforts.
• Support the annual customer account plan and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop strong relationships with customers and industry partners.
