Requirements:

• Four years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience preferred.
• Relevant software experience – QuickBooks required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both within a team environment and independently.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively participate in the month-end close and reporting process for various clients.
• Prepare monthly financial statements for review.
• Reconcile accounts to the general ledger.
• Prepare and post accounting transactions and journal entries.
• Diligently execute day-to-day responsibilities to meet all deadlines.
• Carefully review and input data.
• Precisely account for financial transactions including revenue, cash receipts, expenses, payments, and fixed assets.
