Requirements:

• Experience leading QA or Development teams.
• Direct experience with various test approaches, including non-functional techniques.
• Knowledge of Bug Tracking tools like ClickUp and JIRA.
• Strong team and management skills.
• Initiative to give and receive constructive feedback.
• Self-managed with a focus on iterative improvement.
• Experience in managing and tracking team KPIs for success.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee test operations across one to multiple game titles or internal projects.
• Directly manage and coach project Test Leadership and members of the QA team.
• Define and drive the test strategy with your team and internal partners.
• Ensure resource planning and hiring needs are met for both internal and external staff.
• Identify and drive opportunities for improvement across your QA team(s), including tooling and training.
• Maintain focus on team morale and motivation.
• Lead solutions that share success and lessons across the QA organization.
