Requirements:

• A qualified financial accountant (ACCA) with a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role, with at least 2+ years in team management.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and effective internal controls.
• Ability to visually implement efficient processes.
• Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP is an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage period-end close, budgeting and forecasting, statutory compliance, and reporting for acquired companies.
• Monitor financial performance to identify opportunities and implement action plans.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reviews that highlight results and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee accounting tasks and ensure compliance with corporate policies.
• Lead integration and onboarding of new acquisitions.
