Requirements:

• 5+ years of Client Success functional experience in software or technical services.
• 2+ years of experience in Boomi Integration Platform implementation and support.
• Boomi Integration Platform certification is required.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API integration standards and OAuth 2.0.
• Experience with data integration and database development/administration is a plus.
• Familiarity with professional services firms and cloud-based application architecture.
• Strong consultative and communication skills.
• Experience with change management and technology adoption strategies.
• Strong analytical skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter, reliable team player with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients post-deployment to ensure they capitalize on all available features.
• Articulate the benefits of on-premises and cloud-based Platform Solutions.
• Focus on client satisfaction and create remediation plans.
• Lead Platform Solutions user group sessions and moderate online client community.
• Demonstrate technology expertise at conferences and events.
• Monitor client base trends and recommend outreach programs.
• Curate and manage product enhancement requests.
• Provide client feedback on new features and development priorities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize client journey and satisfaction.
