Requirements:

• Extensive experience designing and delivering training programs in tech-driven environments, focusing on AI and scalable training solutions.
• Expertise in instructional design for technical roles, including competency-based assessments and certifications.
• Expertise in LLMs/ML and AI, designing training programs, assessment and grading systems for AI research.
• Experience deploying learning programs through proprietary platforms or similar ecosystems.
• Proficiency with tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, and other eLearning platforms.
• Strong understanding of assessment frameworks for skill verification, with experience designing scenario-driven evaluations.
• Ability to leverage participant performance metrics to refine and improve learning programs.
• Skilled at managing cross-functional stakeholders and working with SMEs.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a proprietary training and assessment framework to accredit participants as AI taskers and domain experts, ensuring high task quality and adherence to ethical AI principles.
• Build scalable, role-specific skill development pathways for onboarding, accreditation, and ongoing learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align programs with operational goals and customer requirements.
• Monitor participant performance through platform analytics, identifying skill gaps and refining training content accordingly.
• Regularly update training programs at pace to meet evolving AI customer needs and industry standards.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including operations and customer success teams, to align training content with task complexity and project needs.
• Act as the primary point of contact for subject matter experts (SMEs), driving the creation of accurate and relevant content.
• Lead efforts to ensure that all training programs are highly engaging, scalable, and accessible to a diverse, global participant base.
