Requirements:

• An academic background with a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or discipline.
• 5 years of experience in providing customer support for IFS ERP systems, preferably in the supply chain domain.
• Strong knowledge of the IFS ERP software platform, including configuration, functionality, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues for effective solutions.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support and troubleshooting assistance to clients using the IFS ERP software platform in the supply chain domain.
• Identify and analyze software issues, providing timely resolutions and workarounds to minimize client operation disruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and developers to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Document and maintain support processes and knowledgebase articles for issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on the latest IFS ERP features and enhancements, offering clients recommendations for system improvements.
