Requirements:

• Travel required: 50% or more.
• 8+ years of outside/direct sales experience carrying and exceeding quota, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Experience in selling SaaS-based solutions to senior management and director-level individuals.
• Proven ability to grow revenues and scale bookings growth.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new business development within large enterprise accounts and closing opportunities in the Retail industry.
• Foster and expand relationships with business units and overall enterprise customers.
• Manage the full end-to-end sales process and engage appropriate resources.
• Meet and exceed revenue quotas by executing the Talkdesk sales process.
• Develop and own a comprehensive sales strategy for consistent achievement of objectives.
