Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in HR analytics, with 2+ years of Workday configuration experience.
- Proficient in data manipulation and analysis using Google Sheets/Excel; Looker knowledge is a plus.

- Strong data analytics and storytelling capabilities for presenting insights.

- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with survey design and analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Build and update core people analytics dashboards, including metrics on recruiting and organizational health.
- Partner with stakeholders to customize dashboards for data-driven decision-making.
- Conduct ad hoc and compliance analyses for business and regulatory needs.
- Manage the employee engagement survey program from design to analysis and reporting.
- Provide technical support for Workday operations, including report creation and troubleshooting.
- Monitor Workday releases to identify impacts and opportunities.
- Implement data governance best practices to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
- Use data visualization to communicate insights effectively.
