• Experience with high-volume hourly workforce, particularly in Warehouse and distribution sectors.
• Knowledge of variable cash compensation programs like short-term incentives and commission plans.
• Strong knowledge of compensation principles and labor market trends especially in warehouse functions.
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including advanced functions.
• Experience in creating compensation training materials and presenting them.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and creating reports.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations and labor regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and evolution of compensation programs for both salaried and hourly employees, focusing on Warehouse and Stylist roles.
• Analyze compensation data and benchmark roles to ensure competitiveness.
• Develop and manage incentive and bonus programs for distribution centers.
• Create and present educational materials regarding compensation programs to managers and employees.
• Use analytical skills to design models and interpret data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align compensation with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws in compensation decisions.
