Requirements:
- 2+ years of relevant experience in implementation or project management.
- Experience in Technology or SaaS company.
- Fluency in Spanish.
- Proven track record for creative problem-solving for clients.
- Able to navigate CRM software and web-based tools effectively.
- Strong understanding of Google Suite, Zoom, and Slack.
- Strong understanding of Excel, with expert proficiency in functions like conditional formatting, VLOOKUP, and data management.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the onboarding process for new APAC clients, ensuring smooth integration of Breezeway's platform.
- Develop and deliver training sessions tailored to clients' operational needs.
- Customize workflows and configurations to align with clients' business processes.
- Monitor client progress post-implementation, providing ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
- Manage the client’s experience by conducting training sessions to educate the client on best practices.
- Actively monitor and manage the onboarding health, ensuring that all timelines and milestones are met.
- Proactively create and implement new ideas to improve the onboarding process.
- Contribute to a positive team environment of collaboration, customer empathy, equality, and inclusion.
