Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with a combination of education and experience possible.
• Minimum 10+ years’ experience in globalization, advertising, or a related field.
• At least 5+ years in senior leadership roles and 6+ years of people management experience.
• Proven experience in language services operations, including managing complex RFPs.
• Strong understanding of translation and localization technologies, including TMS and CAT tools.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead an internal Language Service Provider (LSP) to address language-only RFPs.
• Develop comprehensive language solutions aligned with broader service offerings.
• Oversee daily operations of the LSP, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for integrated client solutions.
• Manage financial performance of the LSP, preparing reports for senior leadership.
