Requirements:

• 6-10 years of relevant experience from law firm and in-house positions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of management.
• Experience managing outside counsel and working independently.
• A J.D. from an accredited law school, with bar admission in at least one state.

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate contracts with strategic suppliers and service providers.
• Draft various legal agreements, tailoring them to meet IonQ's needs.
• Interpret contracts by reviewing for accuracy and advising on provisions.
• Ensure compliance and enforce contracts through monitoring and amendments.
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting contracts.
• Organize contracts in the contract lifecycle management system and track key dates.
