  • Grow strong and strategic relationships with existing Evolve owners and work to retain current owners to help reduce churn.
  • Act as a performance expert by delivering key analytical data on owners real estate portfolios.
  • Position yourself as an expert and a go-to resource for Evolve owners.
  • Cross-sell additional Evolve service offerings.
  • Increase NPS and LTV of book of business.
  • Provide market and property analysis.
  • Conduct in-depth monthly and quarterly performance reviews with owners.
  • Collaborate with all departments to provide the best owner experience.
  • Capture owner feedback to inform future product and service roadmaps.
