• 4+ years in a similar quota-carrying role.
• Prior experience managing relationships with regional SIs and boutique consulting firms.
• Understanding of partner organizational structure, business model, and motivations.
• Willingness to work with partners across North America and EMEA.
• Ability to manage cross-functional projects and develop creative strategies.
• Motivated self-starter in high-growth scale-up environments.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a strategic book of partners to drive new business and expansion pipeline.
• Advocate for partners internally and guide partnership strategy.
• Support AEs with SI alignment, deal strategy, and implementation planning.
• Develop materials and processes to ensure partner success.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on partner co-marketing projects.
