Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience.
• Minimum three years of experience in customer support and/or sales.
• Experience working specifically within the Pharmaceutical sector.
• Experience with Pharmaceutical Brand Teams is essential.
• Project Management, HUB Operations, or Specialty Pharmacy Operations/Account Management experience strongly desired.
• Technical skills are a must.

Responsibilities:

• Forms strategic partnership with clients by understanding their business goals and technical challenges.
• Establishes advisor role for clients and colleagues.
• Presents new ideas to clients for product enhancement.
• Researches solutions for high-level client needs.
• Maintains client relationship through regular meetings and reviews.
• Works with Client Services to address complex support issues.
• Manages service delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
• Acts as primary contact for sales and service.
• Tracks progress and plans milestones for client projects.
