Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree is required.
• Three to five years of relevant project management experience in a healthcare communications environment.
• Ability to grasp and retain scientific information.
• Strong technical aptitude and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and faculty members.
• Ensure client expectations are met at all levels of program activity.
• Develop new project budgets and contribute to new business development.
• Schedule and conduct meetings for each project, providing ongoing updates.
• Oversee project activities, including faculty recruitment, content development, and logistics management.
• Assist in training new account team members.
