Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, ideally within the Fire & Security sector.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Full UK driving license is required.
Responsibilities:
